NB Group's History and Mission Statement.

HISTORY

1971 Ngu Brothers Automobile Service Company was founded by Mr. Ngu Chung Beng & his five sons. From their HQ in Sibu, Sarawak they started car repair business.
1974 The business was expanded to importation & installation of motor air conditioner, spare parts, and provide motor insurance claim.
1985 Ngu Chung Beng & Sons Sdn. Bhd. was formed.
1990 Started to importing & distributing used car spare parts.
1992 Started to importing used spare parts for vehicle & machinery from Japan & Singapore.
1994 Obtained Perodua 3S Dealership.
1996 Started to providing Hire Purchase services to vehicles, machineries & equipment.
1998 Started new spare parts distribution business.
2001 Started rebuilt commercial & special purpose vehicles sales & servicing business.
2002 Expanded business into property development area.
2003 Started manufacture and rebuilding commercial vehicles, bus, vans, special purpose vehicles and body engineering.
2005 Obtained Chery Alado (China) 3S Dealership.
2006 Started using wireless POS auction system.


HISTORY CONTINUED

2007 Started assembling & distributing motorcycles.
2008 Started used machinery & equipment import & trading.
2009 Started manufacture new commercial vehicles, bus, vans, special purpose vehicles and body engineering.
2010 Obtained Ford 3S Dealership; launched CAMC truck in Malaysia.
2011 Launched JAC light truck & Beiben heavy duty truck in Malaysia.
2012 Launched Zoomlion, CFMOTO, Megelli, Linhai & BAW in Malaysia.
2013 Opened 3 driving schools in Sarawak.
2014 Opened our first food outlet in Sibu.
2015 Opened another 2 food outlet in Sibu and a further 2 outlet in Kuching.
2016 Opened a mini one stop JPJ counter in Kuching.
2016 Opened a CCTV security solution company.
2016 Opened a food outlet in Mukah.

We specialized in machinery and equipment auction, manufacturing, marketing, customizing, parts and servicing. We are also involved in the infrastructure and building development.

Deauto (M) Trading Sdn. Bhd.

We specialized in commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles, manufacturing, marketing, servicing, customizing, parts and financing.

Giant Rewards Sdn. Bhd.

We are a home-grown stores with integrated pastry kitchens. We serve principles on spending more time, particular on ingredients and processes, and serve fresh taste.
